विदित हो कि दिनांक- 01.10.2023 (रविवार) को उक्त दोनों पालियों की लिखित परीक्षा में काफी संख्या में नकल करते हुए Electronic devices एवं चीट पूर्जो के साथ राज्य के विभिन्न जिलों में अभ्यर्थी गिरफ्तार हुए। इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य स्रोतो से भी ऐसी जानकारी प्राप्त हुई कि परीक्षा के प्रश्नों के तथाकथित उत्तर सादे पन्नों पर मात्र Sl No. के सामने उत्तर लिखकर मोबाईल एवं अन्य तरीकों से कतिपय अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा प्राप्त कर लिये गये हैं। विभिन्न परीक्षा केन्द्रों में काफी संख्या में अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा इन उत्तरों की नकल करते हुए और चीट पूर्जा के साथ पकड़े गये। इन सभी अभ्यार्थियों के विरूद्ध कांड दर्ज कर गिरफ्तार किया गया है। वर्त्तमान में ये सभी मामले अनुसंधान अंतर्गत है, लेकिन दिनांक- 02.10.2023 के अपराह्न उपरांत ऐसे मामलों के संबंध में और अधिक जानकारियाँ प्राप्त हुई। इन जानकारियों के विश्लेषण उपरांत पाया गया कि इस प्रकार के क्रियाकलाप प्रथम दृष्टया सुनियोजित ढंग से संगठित गिरोह द्वारा किया गया प्रतीत होता है। अनुसंधान के क्रम में इस तरह के और मामले प्रकाश में आने की प्रबल संभावना है। इन क्रियाकलापों के कारण पर्षद की लिखित परीक्षा की प्रक्रिया दूषित हुई है।
