GIC Assistant Manager Exam Pattern
Candidates would be selected based on the performance in the Written test followed by Group Discussion & Interview. The total marks in the Written Test, Group Discussion & Interview shall be 200.

Candidates who clear the Online Test will be called for the Interview & Group Discussion Phase of Selection.
- Minimum qualifying marks in the online test – 60% for General & OBC and 50% for SC /ST.
- Minimum qualifying marks for the overall selection process (online test, GD, and Interview) – 60% for General & OBC and 50% for SC /ST.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks allotted to the question in Objective Papers. Tests will be bilingual i.e. English and Hindi except test of English Language other than Hindi Officer.

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the online examination will subsequently be called for group discussion and an Interview to be conducted by the Corporation.
