New District in Andhra Pradesh

The Manyam district was created after being separated from the Vizianagaram district. Similarly, Bapatla was formed by carving out a portion of the Guntur district, while Nandyal was separated from the Kurnool district. Kakinada and Konaseema were both created by dividing the East Godavari district, while Eluru was separated from the West Godavari district.

Palnadu, on the other hand, was created after a portion of the Guntur district was separated. The Sri Satya Sai district was formed by carving out a part of Anantapur, and Sri Balaji was created after a portion of the Chittoor district was separated.

Similarly, Annamaya was formed after being separated from the Kadapa district, while the N T Rama Rao district was created after dividing the existing Krishna district. Anakapalli district was formed after separating from the Visakhapatnam district, while Alluri Sitarama Raju district was created after a portion of the Visakhapatnam district was separated.
