Scanned recent passport-style color photograph of 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm dimensions
A scanned copy of the signature (140 x 60 pixels, 10kb – 20kb), left-hand thumb impression (240 x 240 pixels, 20 KB – 50 KB), and handwritten declaration (800 x 400 pixels, 50 KB – 100 KB).
Candidate should sign on white paper with black/blue ink. The thumb impression should be on white paper with black/blue ink. The handwritten declaration should be written on white paper with black/blue ink.
Content of handwritten declaration: “I, _ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.“
