Letter Writing

In this section also three options were provided to the candidates, the topics were as follows:

1. Letter to credit card company for converting TV purchase into EMI
2. Letter on behalf of a credit card company for the recovery of loans on credit card
3. Letter to editor for providing an article on consumer awareness on the topic of not sharing debit card pin, etc.

SBI CBO Selection Process

The SBI CBO selection process consists of two stages: Online test ( objective and descriptive) and Interview.
