Important points for SSC MTS Paper 1 Exam Pattern:
- The time duration for paper 1 is 90 minutes.
- The time duration for visually handicapped candidates is 120 minutes.
- Paper 1 consists of 100 questions carrying 1 mark each.
- There is a negative marking of 0.25 or 1/4th marks deducted for every wrong answer.

Paper 2 will be a descriptive test in which the candidate has to write a short essay or letter in English or any other language mentioned under the 8th Schedule of the Constitution.

SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2021: Document Verification
Candidates who meet the SSC MTS Cut off will be eligible for further stages of selection. Candidates who are qualified in both Paper 1 and 2 will be called for document verification. Candidates must carry the following documents while appearing for document verification:
- 10th class certificates
- Proof of Identity such as Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID etc.,
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Passport Size Photographs
- Category Certificate for the Reserved Category Candidates
- Proof of Residence
Note:
- Photocopies of the certificates will not be accepted.
- The original certificates will be returned after verification.
