Success Story of Anup Tayde

Introduction

My name is Anup Tayde. I am from Amravati, Maharashtra. I have completed my Engineering in the ETC branch. At the age of 30, I got selected. My parents fully supported me through my 6 years of preparation journey.

Brief Description

I had bought Oliveboard’s yearly test series package. I first used to solve tests and analyze it thoroughly even if it took more time. I used to watch Oliveboard’s YouTube channel.

Preparation Strategy

i. Quant – YT channels of Carrier Definer and Oliveboard channel videos of Lokesh Sharma sir.

ii. Reasoning – Nikita Ma’am videos and practice with timer.

iii. English – Sectional test series of Oliveboard, Nimisha Bansal ma’am 500 grammar rules video on YT channel.

iv. General Awareness – Daily half an hour from Affairscloud( read details too). Oliveboard monthly capsule. Sushmita ma’am videos.

Role of Oliveboard

Oliveboard helped me to find my weak chapters. So then I practised my weak areas and cleared all my fears about that particular chapter. Oliveboard helped me to find in which chapter or section I consume more time so that I can practice for it and speed up with accuracy.

All the faculty is very nice and polite in teaching.

Tips or advice for fellow aspirants

Don’t run away from hard topics or less interesting topics. Be strong mentally. Don’t overthink and don’t be negative after some pre or mains failure. Be stubborn to achieve your target. Only this positive mentality will lead you to the door of success. I am saying this because I have given a total 6 attempts, now you can imagine how much I went through these 6 years. But I never gave up. So believe in yourself.
