1. Inspiring Story of Rishav Kudyar
Hi, I am Rishav Kudyar, B.tech from NIT (2014 batch). I am from Jammu & Kashmir. Presently, posted as SBI PO (2019 batch) in Pune. I have cleared various other exams like IBPS PO (2018 waiting), SBI CLERK (2019), NIACL Assistant (2017), RRB Assistant (2016) JK bank. Also qualified mains of SBI PO (2018), IBPS PO (2018,2019), RRB PO (2017,2019), Indian Bank PGDBM, BOB PGDBM (2 times).
I started my bank exams preparation during 2015 and it took me around 5 years to achieve SBI PO, I took little more time than others but I think hard work pays off one day or the other. Do practice on a regular basis. Never listen to others because nobody wants you to achieve your goal, you have to be determined day and night. Since I was in NIACL Assistant (worker for 2.5 years), so I just focused on mock tests I have purchased, the Bank Elite of Oliveboard, and I did all the prelims and mains mock tests regularly.
2. My Section-wise Preparation Strategy
2.1 For English
I used to read The Hindu and practice mock tests of Oliveboard. This section also helps you in gaining more marks in essays as well as in letter writing. Take Free English New Pattern Topic Tests to test your understanding of topic
2.2 For GK
Try to read it daily and please at least cover 8 months GK so that you can gain maximum from this section which helps you to boost your mains score. Oliveboard’s BOLT series can help you in this case.
2.3 For Quant and Reasoning
I used to give Oliveboard mock tests and analyze them. They are very much sufficient.
3. Role of Oliveboard
I think I have been in around 15 interviews after that I was able to clear SBI PO 2019. Oliveboard exams are the best. I followed 5-6 test series but Oliveboard was the best out of all. Practice as many mock tests as you can, try to improve your weak areas. I took around 5 years to achieve it. Practice hard and smart, you may be able to get it very soon. Practice mock tests day and night. Focus more on English and GK during mains because they can only fetch you higher marks.
Tip:- Just do all the mock tests of Oliveboard and analyze them properly.
Thank you Oliveboard. So, good luck guys and remember, hard work pays off today or tomorrow.
This was his story of consistent efforts throughout his preparation journey ultimately leading to triumph. We wish and hope a similar triumph story for those reading this and preparing for Bank & Government Exams
