In this, only audio is the medium of communication, your knowledge and communication skills play a very crucial role in telephonic interviews. This is conducted in the starting round to understand the basic details of the candidates.<\/li><li><strong>Individual Interview:<\/strong> This interview can be virtual or face-to-face. Individual interviews only have one interviewer and they can be more detailed than other interviews. In this, body language, personality, presence of mind, behavior, and qualifications of the candidate is also evaluated.<\/li><li><strong>Group Interview: <\/strong>This interview can also be conducted virtually or personally. Group interviews have a panel of interviewers, usually, there are 4-5 interviewers. Many people are habitual latecomers but this habit can create a lot of trouble especially when you have an interview. Candidates should reach the office or interview venue 20 to 30 minutes before. Keep your answer as real as possible, and tell your interviewer that you want a long-term experience and learning and their organization will be the best to provide you with your desired learnings.
