If a clerk is put in a Branch where the customer-base is low and the staffs are sufficiently present, work-life will be pretty pleasant for him. He can easily work just 7 hours a day and get off to home by 4pm\/ 5pm. However, if a clerk is put in a Branch where the customer-base is high and is under-staffed, work-life can prove to be really hectic for him.
