The Ministry of Ayush will collaborate with various ministries in India to ensure the event&#8217;s success. To discuss the arrangements for this Day, <strong>scheduled on Dhanvantari Jayanti, which falls on October 29, 2024<\/strong>, the Ministry of Ayush conducted a meeting involving multiple ministries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, the Secretary of the Ministry of Ayush, emphasized the importance of organizing Ayurved Day as a national program in line with the vision of India&#8217;s Prime Minister. The success of this event relies on the cooperation and support of all ministries in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ayurveda_Day_Theme_2024\"><\/span>Ayurveda Day Theme 2024<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As of today, the theme for Ayurveda Day 2024 <strong>has not been announced yet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme in 2023 was <strong>&#8216;Ayurveda for One Health&#8217;<\/strong>. The government&#8217;s emphasis for Ayurveda Day revolves around three key themes: <strong>&#8216;Ayurved for students, Ayurved for farmers, Ayurved for public health,&#8217;<\/strong> all encapsulated in the overarching message of &#8216;Ayurved for everyone every day.&#8217; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The primary objective of this Day is to foster the promotion and global dissemination of Ayurved, positioning it on the international stage for the betterment of humanity, animals, plants, and the environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_Ayurveda\"><\/span>What is Ayurveda<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that emphasizes the prevention and treatment of diseases through diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies. It is based on the belief that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected and that health is achieved when all three are in balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayurved<strong> has a long and rich history in India, dating back over 5,000 years.
