Candidates qualifying all the steps of the UPSC IFoS exam will be eligible to be recruited as Group \u2018A\u2019 officers to Indian Forest Department. This test is meant for checking the mental strength of the candidate and evaluate the suitability of the candidate for the eligible post. This Interview round is the last step of the selection process. This Personality test round holds weightage of 300 marks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>UPSC IFoS Selection Process 2024: Final Result<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the personality test, UPSC will release the merit list. The list will consist of the name of the successful candidates who will make it to the final.
