Starting from April 1, 2024, the position previously called &#8220;Clerk&#8221; in Public Sector Banks has been renamed to &#8220;Customer Service Associate&#8221; (CSA). This change was introduced to better reflect the role of these employees in helping customers and handling various banking services.
