This provision allows taxpayers with a taxable income of up to <strong>\u20b912 lakh<\/strong> to claim a full tax exemption, effectively eliminating their tax liability. Rural Prosperity and Resilience Programme<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> Combat rural underemployment and strengthen the rural economy.<\/li><li><strong>Target Group: <\/strong>Young farmers, rural women, small-scale farmers, and landless families.<\/li><li><strong>Key Highlights:<\/strong> Investment in agriculture, technology, skill development, and rural entrepreneurship.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
