Its main goal is to provide up to 300 units of free electricity per month to eligible households. This reduces electricity bills and promotes the use of renewable energy. The scheme is also known as PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme has a total budget of \u20b975,021 crore and will be implemented until FY 2026-27. The subsidy depends on the capacity of the solar system.
