Here\u2019s when it comes in handy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If You Need Multiple Attempts to Complete the Exam:<\/strong> The JAIIB exam allows <strong>up to 5 attempts<\/strong> or <strong>3 years<\/strong> to complete all subjects. Credit retain ensures that your success in previous attempts <strong>doesn\u2019t go to waste<\/strong>, allowing you to focus only on the remaining subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If You Pass Some Subjects but Not All:<\/strong> Many candidates may clear one or two subjects but fall short in others. These attempts need not be consecutive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retention Period:<\/strong> The credits for the subjects that you have passed are valid till the expiry of the 3-year period or 5 attempts, whichever comes earlier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fresh Enrolment:<\/strong> If a candidate does not complete all subjects within 3 years or 5 attempts, they will need to re-enrol afresh.
