Tribunal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The details of Section 411 are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Chairperson should be or have been a <em>Judge of the Supreme Court<\/em> or <em>Chief Justice of a High Court<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Judicial Members must be or have been a High Court Judge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Members must have expertise and experience Members<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of both NCLT and NCLAT are appointed by the Central Government based on recommendations of a Selection Committee headed by the Chief Justice of India or their nominee. Every order must be signed and communicated to the parties involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-section-421-appeal-from-orders-of-tribunal\">Section 421 \u2013 Appeal from Orders of Tribunal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any person aggrieved by an NCLT order may appeal to NCLAT within 45 days.<br>NCLAT can confirm, modify, or set aside the order after hearing the appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-section-422-expeditious-disposal\">Section 422 \u2013 Expeditious Disposal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Both NCLT and NCLAT must dispose of cases within three months, extendable by 90 days if reasons are recorded in writing. This promotes quick resolution of corporate disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-section-423-appeal-to-supreme-court\">Section 423 \u2013 Appeal to Supreme Court<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A further appeal from an NCLAT order can be made to the Supreme Court, but only on questions of law.
