Try to remember all of them.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Analyze the Problem from Stakeholders Perspective<\/strong> &#8211; Now for the next step, to answer the question, think from the perspective of each one of the stakeholders. Do not assume anything on behalf of any of stakeholder.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Think of a viewpoint that can be applied in&nbsp;real life business situation&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211;&nbsp;You would obviously want to maximize benefit and minimize damage.
