It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.\u201d<\/i><\/b><b><i> Similarly, Ankit followed his ambition and kept working hard to achieve success in his life. <\/i><\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><i>Here is the inspiring success story of Ankit Vani:<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Success Story of Ankit Vani<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I am Ankit Vani. I have done my MBA from Indore in Finance and then joined Deloitte. But I knew this was never my destination and thus I decided to start preparing for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>SBI PO<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. My first attempt was in 2013 but due to lack of proper preparation, I could not clear it. I did not lose hope and tried again and finally in 2016 I cleared SBI PO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I am glad that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Oliveboard<\/strong><\/span><\/a> gave me an opportunity to share my journey with you. I hope it will be beneficial for all the aspirants who wants to prepare for these Government exams along with their work.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Preparation Strategy:<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Quants<\/b>:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Clear all your basics and try to be quick with your calculations. You get many questions related to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/bank-exams\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Data Interpretation<\/span><\/a> in the exam and if you are good with your calculations, then it becomes very easy for you to tackle this section. For this, I would suggest everyone to practice a lot and be well versed with BODMAS, tables, square roots etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To clear all your basic concepts, refer some good books and once you feel that you are good enough then please appear for a lot of mock tests. It means that you <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/bank-exams\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">give 2 to 3 mock tests<\/span><\/a> every week and analyse it properly to improve accordingly.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><i>Reasoning: <\/i><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Solve a lot of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/bank-exams\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">time bound quizzes<\/span><\/a>. This will help you to improve your accuracy and gives you an idea about your speed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do not try to master each and every topic in the syllabus. Everyone has some strong and weak areas. So try to work more on the topics that you are comfortable with. Thus focus more on quality than quantity\u2026.this is the key to score well in any exam.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>English:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do not mug up all the grammar rules. Instead, read newspapers daily and try to understand the use of grammar there. This strategy will help you a lot in the exam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There is no shortcut to improve your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/bank-exams\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">English<\/span><\/a> and thus I would suggest everyone to please put in effort for this section. Try to understand the basic meaning to the root words to work on your vocabulary and see how similar meanings comes through.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>GK\/GA<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Focus more on Current Affairs than on Static GK.
