Let us dig deeper into different aspects of the <strong>GMAT Exam 2019<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"GMAT_Exam_2019_%E2%80%93_Scheme_of_the_Examination\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>GMAT Exam 2019 &#8211; Scheme of the Examination<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a <strong>3 hour 7 minutes long Computer Adaptive Test (CAT)<\/strong> intended to assess the <strong>Analytical<\/strong>, <strong>Quantitative<\/strong>, <strong>Writing<\/strong>, <strong>Verbal<\/strong>, and <strong>Reading Skills<\/strong> in Written English for admission to a Graduate Management program for example MBA in Universities all round the Globe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The GMAT Exam comprises of these following four sections:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Integrated Reasoning (IR)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Quantitative<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Verbal<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">GMAT is a Computer Adaptive Test (CAT). Adaptive Tests are those in which the\u00a0<strong>testing software adapts to the test taker&#8217;s\u00a0 performance<\/strong>\u00a0as he\/she progresses through the test. This implies that the performance on each question will determine the difficulty level of the upcoming few questions in the exam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Therefore, <strong>GMAT scores are calculated on test taker&#8217;s ability<\/strong>\u00a0i.e. on the basis of the difficulty level of questions that he\/she solves correctly and not just the number of questions that are right.
