For 2 years, I worked in NTT DATA.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_His_Journey_So_far\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. His Journey So far:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>My overall exam experience is as follows:\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-&gt; Bank of Baroda PGDBF &#8211; Out in mains by 0.50 marks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-&gt; <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/ibps-rrb-officer\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IBPS RRB PO<\/a><\/span><\/strong> 2017 &#8211; Out in the final list after the interview. Got 47.30. For the General category required cut off is 49.95.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-&gt; <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SBI PO<\/a><\/span><\/strong> 2017 &#8211; Out in mains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -&gt; Intelligence Bureau Assistant Central investigation officer &#8211; Out in the final list after the interview.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then I realized what was going wrong with me especially in the interviews, it was just about being confident because no one knows every answer, but you should always be authentic and confident enough to show your personal traits of being an Officer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, I got selected in IBPS in Bank of India, but that was still not a favorable outcome particularly for me. I thought I deserved more, I appeared in <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SBI<\/a><\/span><\/strong> 2019, luckily I was able to do better in mains and interview both. And finally, I am a <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Probationary Officer in SBI<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_My_Preparation_Strategy\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. My Preparation Strategy<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Quant and Reasoning basics, I went through sectional <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mock tests of Oliveboard<\/a><\/span><\/strong> to increase calculation speed that is going to help me in data interpretation in mains, as well as in prelims word problems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For General Awareness, daily, weekly, &amp; monthly quizzes will be enough with almost all probable questions that could appear in the exam, one can go for any platform for GA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>English as usual demands focus and consistency in learning new words and reading. Keep practicing questions from the <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mock test<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sectional test<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Prelims, there is no end. Do as many <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mock tests<\/a><\/span><\/strong> as you can. And analyze each and every mock test. And lastly, focus on the time taken on questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_How_Oliveboard_helped_him_achieve_his_Goal\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. How Oliveboard helped him achieve his Goal<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I took the complete package of Oliveboard test series where I got numerous mock tests, specifically the mains mock tests were at par with the real exam. It helped me to tackle and approach lengthy and tricky questions of <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/sbi-po\/?ref=blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SBI PO mains<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. I think the regular practice of mock tests within the last 3 days span, is the key.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Honestly speaking, the mains level mock tests of Oliveboard is not easy at all, but if one can at least try to do this and analyze the answers, it will definitely boost the confidence and vanish the fear of attempting mains level questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One thing I want to share here is that there is no destiny in life where we can say that we have succeeded, but life is a journey which is full of ups and downs, don&#8217;t always go by your comfort zone, what most people do is that they do work hard but only in there strong and favorable areas, not in where they are weak like English and GS in most of the cases. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, my suggestion is to work on your weak areas first.
