Attempt Strategy for Quant Section in RRB Assistant Mains<\/h2>\n

Below are a few important points that will surely help you frame your strategy.<\/p>\n

(I) This section is the one that a lot of candidates are frightened of. Through enough practice, one can score high marks in this section. It is suggested that to start attempting this section with Data Interpretation because there will be approximately 20 \u2013 25 questions would be there from this topic in this section.<\/p>\n

(II) After that you can attempt quadratic equations, quantity comparison, or Data sufficiency questions. Practice your calculation speed and try to calculate faster, so, that you can attempt maximum questions that will increase your chances of scoring more. Although, faster problem solving should also be correct problem-solving<\/p>\n

(III) For faster calculation, it is advised to learn and revise the tables(1-40), squares (1-50), cubes (1-30) to solve questions in a fast manner in the exam.<\/p>\n

(IV) After that in the remaining time you can attempt the rest of the miscellaneous word problem questions. You should be versed with all the topics and practice as many questions as you can.<\/p>\n

(V) Revise and practice the tricks of the square, square root, cubes, cube root finding. Practice techniques of approximation so that you take less time while addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division operations.<\/p>\n
