I did my graduation in Philosophy from Hindu College, DU, and post-graduation in Sociology from IGNOU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I started my preparation in January 2020 and SBI JA was the 1st banking exam that I took. The one thing that I followed during the lockdown was consistency which finally paid off in the form of Rank 1 in SBI JA mains. My basic strategy was to first have conceptual clarity and then move on to taking mock tests. Practice was the main mantra for my success which also eventually resulted in getting selected in IBPS RRB Officer Scale 1 and SBI PO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Subject-wise_Strategy_of_Kumar_Saurabh\"><\/span><strong>Subject-wise Strategy of Kumar Saurabh<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quants<\/strong>:- For mathematics, I referred to the book by Arihant.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reasoning<\/strong>:- For reasoning, I practiced puzzles from the Oliveboard puzzle mania.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>English<\/strong>:- I did not prepare anything for English but just read the English newspapers.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Awareness<\/strong>:- For GA, I followed 2 sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Computer<\/strong>:- For the computer, I referred to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/blog\/computer-awareness-e-book-banking-and-government-exams\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oliveboard bolt<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interview<\/strong>:- For the interview I did not prepare anything, just read basic banking concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Role_of_Oliveboard_in_Saurabhs_Success\"><\/span><strong>Role of Oliveboard in Saurabh&#8217;s Success<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oliveboard mock tests helped me in clearing the exams.
