Provided that where a ward of Defence Service Personnel, who is a bonafide resident of Punjab state, is appointed by direct appointment, he shall have to pass an examination of Punjabi language equivalent to Matriculation Standard, or he shall have to qualify a test conducted by the Language Wing of the Department of Education of the Punjab Government within a period of two years from the date of his appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. The Question Papers shall be bilingual, viz. in Punjabi and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each candidate shall be required to attempt the following papers as per schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"476\" height=\"162\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oliveboard.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/pp-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76567\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note 1:<\/strong>&nbsp;Computer Based Test\/Examination is a format for the Written Test, where the candidates would be required to attempt the question papers on a computer. Therefore, the participating candidates should note that the examination would be conducted on different dates for different sets of candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note 2:<\/strong>&nbsp;Each candidate shall be issued an Admit Card indicating the specific date, time and venue for the candidates computer-based tests. The candidate is required to download the Admit Card and bring a hard copy (printout) of the same, along with a prescribed Photo Identity Proof (Indian Driving Licen<strong>s<\/strong>e, PAN card, Voter Identity card, Indian Passport), for entry to the venue of the computer-based test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note 3:<\/strong>&nbsp;Negative marking for incorrect answers shall be to the tune of 25% of the marks assigned to a question that is 1 mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage 2: Document Scrutiny, Physical Measurement Test &amp; Physical Screening Test<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A sufficient number of candidates would be shortlisted and called for Stage 2, on the basis of merit determined by the aggregate\/cumulative marks obtained in the two Papers of the Computer Based Test following normalization and after factoring in reservation for various categories. Stage 2 of the selection process consisting of Document Scrutiny, Physical Measurement Test, and Physical Screening Test shall be conducted at designated place(s), date(s), and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Schedule for Stage 2 Tests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The schedule for Document Scrutiny, Physical Measurement Test (PMT), and Physical Screening Test (PST) shall be uploaded on the Recruitment Portal. A separate Admit Card, indicating the date(s), time, and venue(s), shall be issued for Stage 2 tests. The candidate is required to download the Admit card and bring a hard copy (print out) of the same, along with identity proof, for entry to the venue of Stage 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Document Scrutiny<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates called for Stage 2 of the selection process would be required to report for document scrutiny on the designated date(s) and time at the place mentioned in the Admit Card. Details of the same would be uploaded on the Recruitment Portal. Candidates shall be required to bring the following certificates in original, along with one self-attested copy of each document:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Matriculation certificate for proof of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Graduation degree or equivalent. If applying for the post of Intelligence Officer, an additional certificate regarding relevant qualification as prescribed, apart from the above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Proof of having passed Punjabi at Matriculation level or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) Certificate, issued by the Competent Authority, to support a claim for the reserved category if any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Head of Department\/Office concerned, in case of candidates, who are serving government employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: The candidates, whose documents uploaded with the Application Form match with the original presented on the spot during document scrutiny, shall be eligible to undergo the Physical Measurement Test (PMT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
