This<br>new facility will allow pensioners to submit their life certificates via video from their<br>homes.<br>Former Chairman of the State Bank of India (SBI) Rajnish Kumar has come out with his<br>memoir titled \u2018The Custodian of Trust \u2013 A Banker\u2019s Memoir\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial News<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Government of India has signed a legal agreements with the World Bank worth $250<br>million for a project to improve quality of learning in the state of Andhra Pradesh.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Over 50 lakh students from all grades and stages of school education will benefit from the project, titled \u201cSupporting Andhra\u2019s Learning Transformation Project\u201d.<\/li><li>IBRD has sanctioned $250 million for the project for a period of five years.<\/li><li>The main objectives of the SALT programme are strengthening foundation schools and providing training and skill development to teachers, facilitating state-level assessment and establishing an effective education management and information system.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>India has received USD 87 billion in remittances in 2021 as per the report titled \u201cMigration<br>and Development Brief 35\u201d released by World Bank and KNOMAD.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>KNOMAD (Global Knowledge Partnership on Migration and Development (KNOMAD) is an initiative of the World Bank ) is supported by a multi-donor trust fund established by the World Bank.<\/li><li>India is also the top country in receiving remittances in 2021.
