Below is the basic criterion for application for the post:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.<\/li><li>The candidate must not be more than 32 years old as of 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2021.<\/li><li>Candidates must be able to be conceded as Advocates under the Advocates Act, 1961 or Aspirants as of now practising as Advocates in India.<\/li><li>For the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes category, the maximum age limit is extended for five years more.<\/li><li>In the case of Ex-Servicemen, with military service of 5 years, the maximum age limit is extended for 5 more years.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Remuneration&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Delhi Judicial Services offers salaries between 27,700\/- to 44,770\/- INR. As the post is a reputed one, the civil judge receives various other allowances like Water Bill, Travel Allowance, phone bill, Vehicle Maintenance, Car Facility, House Rent Allowance, Pension after Retirement, electricity bill, etc. According to the 10<sup>th<\/sup> level pay matrix, 7<sup>th<\/sup> pay commission INR, 56,100\/- to 1,77,500\/- remuneration is payable. It consists of Grade Pay, Basic Pay, and Pay Band. The fee for the application form is INR 1000\/- for the general category and INR 200\/- for the reserved categories. After the Mains Exam, a Viva is conducted for 150 marks, and the consolidated score is considered for the Mains Exam for shortlisting.
