He shared that under the PM Awas Yojna, 55 lakh women in Uttar Pradesh have become homeowners, and 2.75 lakh toilets have been constructed in the state as part of the ‘Swachh Bharat’ initiative. These schemes have not only provided shelter but also improved sanitation and hygiene.

Empowering Women through ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’

Chief Minister Adityanath also praised the impact of the ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ campaign, which has now reached a point where women like Parul Chaudhary and Annu Rani have won gold medals in the Asian Games, bringing honor to the country and Uttar Pradesh. In recognition of their achievements, both of these accomplished athletes will be appointed deputy SPs, and gold, silver, and bronze medal winners at this year’s Asian Games will be awarded financial incentives by the state government.
