As per the latest notice released by the Ministry of Finance, the Central Government has approved the Wage Revision as well as Pension Revision for the employees and pensioners of PSGICs, NABARD, and RBI. Based on the details released, the hike in pay and allowances for NABARD Grade A officers is expected to be around 20%.

As per the last released NABARD Grade A notification, an officer receives a starting basic pay of ₹44,500, which increases annually through regular increments. Over the years, the salary grows steadily, reaching a maximum of ₹89,150 after 17 years. Along with the basic pay, officers also receive allowances, perks, and other benefits, making the overall compensation highly rewarding.
