What is the selection process for the RBI Grade B DEPR post?
RBI Grade B DEPR selection process has 3 stages Phase 1, Phase 2, and the Interview. Candidates who score the required marks in Phase 1 are shortlisted for Phase 2. Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams are conducted in multiple shifts, and a single admit card is issued for all papers.
In Phase 2, candidates can write their answers in either Hindi or English, while Phase 1 Paper 2 must be answered only in English. Candidates who qualify Phase 2 are called for the Interview, which carries 75 marks. Before the Interview, candidates also go through a mandatory personality assessment, which is not included in the final score. The final selection for RBI Grade B DEPR is based on the overall performance across all three stages.
