The discussions centered on future inductions in the Indian Coast Guard with a focus on the principles of ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ (self-reliant India), refining human resource policies to facilitate better and more inclusive career growth, and modifying operational philosophy through the integration of advanced technology to enhance the service’s capability and capacity.

About the Indian Coast Guard
