Nainital Bank PO Syllabus & Pattern

The Nainital Bank Limited, the only scheduled commercial bank of Uttarakhand, has released vacancies for Management Trainees and Clerks. Nainital Bank Ltd has 98.57% of its shareholding with Bank Of Baroda. Nainital Bank PO selected in exams will be deployed in its 162 branches spread across five states of North India Uttarakhand, Delhi, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, and three regional offices at Haldwani Noida and Dehradun. Probationary Officers is expected to be absorbed in the initial stage with Basic Pay, i.e., Rs. 36000/- for Officers Grade/Scale-I with the addition of allowances after appropriate completion of probation period of one year. Nainital Bank PO Pattern: 

Candidates were required to fill the online application form between 17.07.2021 and 31.07.2021 to appear for the Online Written Test.  The bank would provide a Call Letter to the candidates to appear for the test that they must carry to the examination center. Candidates should also fix a recent passport-size photo on the call letter. 

Once the candidates are successful in Online Written Test, the bank will call them for a personal interview. Candidates will be selected based on the result of the Online Written Test and Personal Interview. The selected candidates will be intimated about their recruitment by way of issuing the appointment letters. However, they will be required to be medically fit for the assignment. 

Candidates need to note that Management Trainees(PO), after the satisfaction of their absorption as Officers’ Grade/Scale I, will be required to execute an Indemnity Bond for a period of one year for an amount of 2.00 lacs.

For every wrong answer, the candidates will be penalized by negative marking at 0.25 marks. The multiple-choice questions will have five options for each question. 

Candidates should not furnish any false information, fabricated or tampered information. There should be no suppression of facts by the candidates. 

Verification of the eligibility criteria such as Educational Qualification, Experience, Age, and such other details will be carried to assure authenticity through verification of the respective certificates or documents only at the time of interview conducted based on the performance in the Online Written Test.

Can the candidates apply for both Management Trainees and Clerks posts at the same time? 

Yes, the candidates can apply for both the posts since the Online Written Test is proposed to be conducted in two different shifts tentatively on the same day. 

What is the identity proof required to be carried by the candidate? 

Candidates along with the call letter are required to carry a photo identity possessing the same name appearing on the call letter, such as:
