Medical Tests and Standards:

The General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF(charter )’s of responsibilities, job profiles, and projected deployment, which includes extremely high altitude, remote, and challenging regions of mountainous areas) dictate the necessary medical criteria for the recruitment of applicants for the services. The following are the mandatory medical requirements for services in the GREF:

General:

Each candidate must possess good health, be sufficiently intelligent, and be free from nervous instability.

General Examination:

Candidates must totally remove all clothing before the medical examination may begin. Each area of the candidate’s body is examined by the medical officer.

It is important to note that, with the exception of the inner area of the forearms, no permanent body ink is allowed. Even if an applicant makes it to the round of general medical inspection, they will still be disqualified if they have tattoos.

Candidates who are deemed unsuitable or fit are properly notified about their medical results by the medical board that conducts the tests once all the medical examinations are finished.
