This groundbreaking initiative will have a significant impact on approximately two lakh sales force members across the country, including Gramin Dak Sevaks, Direct Agents, Field Officers, and Departmental Employees. By implementing secure and instantaneous fund transfers, this streamlined approach eliminates delays and the use of physical checks. Through modernizing the incentive distribution process, PLI aims to strengthen its relationship with agents and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Benefits of the Pilot Program

The unveiling of this initiative was marked by the presence of Shri Alok Sharma, Director General, Postal Services, Department of Posts, along with the Member (PLI) & Chief General Manager (PLI). The Chief Postmasters General of all Postal Circles also participated in the program through a video conference.
