Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teacher or REET Exam is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Rajasthan. It is conducted to select eligible candidates for Grade III teachers. There are two levels in the REET exam pattern, first is Level I which is for recruitment of Primary class teachers that is from class 1st to 5th, and Level II is for the Upper Primary class teacher which is from class 6th to 8th. Eligibility Criteria

REET exam eligibility criteria include age limit and educational qualification, which are as follow:

Age Limit:

As per the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan there is no such limit given. So candidates of any age segment who fulfill educational criteria and is a citizen of India can apply for the exam. 

Educational Qualification:

For Level I ( Primary Teacher) 

• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education passed or appearing in the final year (by whatever name known)
• Passed a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in compliance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulation, 2002, with at least 45 percent marks. 
• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passing or appearing in the final year of a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education programme (B.El.Ed).
• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% grades and a 2-year Diploma in Education passed or appearing in the final year (Special Education).
• Graduation and a two-year diploma in Elementary Education (under whatever name known) completed successfully.

For Level II ( Upper Primary Teacher)

• Graduation and a two-year diploma in Elementary Education (under whatever name it was called) passed.
• B.Ed. passed or appearing in the last year of Bachelor in Education with at least 50% marks in either graduation or post-graduation.
• Graduation with at least a 45 percent grade point average and completion of a one-year B.Ed. programme, as defined by the NCTE (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulations.
• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a four-year Bachelor’s degree programme in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Passed with 50% or appearing in final year of 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. 
• Graduation or post-graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and a 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education) passed or in the final year of B.Ed (Special Education)

Other Important Conditions:

• Candidates should have a valid E-mail ID before applying.
• Candidates should have a valid and active mobile number at the time of application.
• Candidates should secure a minimum of 60% marks to get qualified for the test.

REET Exam Pattern 

As this exam consists of two levels, both levels will comprise 150 questions of 150 marks. The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes. There is no negative marking in this exam.

REET Application Process And Fees 2021

REET Application Process:

REET application is an online process. Following are the steps:

1. Visit the official website.
2. Under the “News Update” section there will be a link for online application, click on it.
3. Click on “Register & generate fee challan for REET 2021” and enter all necessary details.
4. After completion of registration, note down your username and password.
5. Complete the application process by paying fees.
6. Collect and preserve a print of the application form for future needs.

REET Application Fees:

Following is the fees that have to be paid by the candidates:

• For one paper- Rs. 550.
• For both papers- Rs.750.

REET Admit Card 2021

The Admit Card consists of basic information of the candidate like name, examination center, roll no. etc. It is important to go through the rules that are written on admit card before going to the examination center. Also, never forget to take an extra printout of admit card.

2. Click on the link mentioned on the website of “Print Admit Card”.
3. Enter the credentials like Date of Birth, Form Number, and Mother’s name.
4. Your admit card will be displayed on the screen, you can download the same.

Some Key points For REET Admit Card 2021:

• It is important to check all the details that are mentioned on the admit card.
• Candidates should make sure that their names and photographs are properly visible.
• Candidates must check about the examination centre and reporting time, so that they can reach at a given time, without being late.
• It is very important to always keep an extra print of the admit card, in case another one gets torn.
• Always reach 30 minutes before reporting time at the exam centre.

REET result for the 2021 examination is not announced yet, and there is no such official notification issued by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan. But as you will need to check it after it will get announced, so here are the steps to be followed.

REET Salary And Job Profile 2021

Before you apply for this exam, you must know about the job profile and salary that will be received by a Grade III teacher in the upcoming years. In addition to this, a candidate must also know about perks and benefits that will be received at this position.

REET Career Growth And Promotion:

There is also a promotion in Grade III position, you will be promoted to Grade II and then Grade I according to your work. Following will be increment in your salary on promotion:

REET Salary Structure:

There is no such official notification by the board regarding the salary. But as per previous recruitment, there is an estimate that the expected salary of a REET Grade III teacher is Rs.23,700. This figure is as per Level 10 of the Pay Matrix in the 7th Pay Commission.
