Dr. Sachchidanand Joshi, Member Secretary of IGNCA, and Bappa Ray were presented with this prestigious accolade by President Smt. Droupadi Murmu during a distinguished ceremony held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi. The recognition of ‘Looking for Challan’ as the ‘Best Investigative Film’ this year stands as a testament to the team’s unwavering dedication and collaborative effort. The film was honored with the prestigious ‘Rajat Kamal’ (Certificate of Excellence) and a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.
