Every year, Bihar Public Service Commission Conducts the Combined Competitive exam to find qualified candidates for various positions. Under its most recent recruitment notice, the Commission announced a total of 562 vacancies. BPSC PCS Exam Date

The Bihar Public Service Commission has posted an official notice about the exam date on their website. The BPSC prelims exam is scheduled to take place on December 12th, 2021. Candidates who have been eagerly awaiting the BPSC exams can now view the exam details on the official website.

How to apply for BPSC Exam 2021

BPSC Exam Selection Process

In the recent official notification Bihar Public Service Commission has mentioned the selection process. The selection process consists of 3 phases Prelims Exam, Mains Exam and Interview. To advance to the next stage of the screening process, candidates must pass each round.

BPSC Exam Pattern

Stage 1: Prelims 

The BPSC Prelims exam will consist of objective questions, with a total of 150 questions worth one mark each. According to the BPSC statement, there will be no negative marking for an incorrect answer or an unanswered question in the preliminary exam.

Stage 2: Mains 

The BPSC Mains exam will have four papers worth 900 marks. Each exam will be given 3 hours of time, and the mains will consist of subjective questions. As per the BPSC’s official notice, there will be no negative marking for an incorrect answer or an unanswered question in the mains exam.

Stage 3: Interview

The interview round is the final step of the selection process; candidates will be allowed to appear for the BPSC Interview round only if they have passed the prelims and mains with the required cut-off marks. The board will evaluate the candidates’ general knowledge, personal attributes, and abilities related to the position during the interview round. If the candidate is found to be suitable for the position, they will be subjected to a document verification process before being hired.

BPSC Exam Admit Card

The admit card is a document that includes details about the applicant as well as exam information. Students without a valid Admit Card will not be permitted to enter the exam centre. The board normally issues out the admit card two weeks before the exam.
