The Chairperson of the Jury for Feature Films category, Shri Rahul Rawail along with Shri AS Kanal, Chairperson, Non-Feature Film Category and Shri Utpal Borpujari, Chairperson, Best Writing on Cinema announced the list of 66th National Film Award Winners. The Best Feature Film Award at 66th National Film Awards, also known as Swarna Kamal is won by a Gujrati film – Hellaro, directed by Abhishek Shah. Its Citation said “The Film is a strong statement on women empowerment against patriarchal Society”.
