NABARD Vacancy 2020 – Important Highlights
Reservation for PWBD candidates shall be applied horizontally within the overall vacancies earmarked for various categories viz., UR, SC, ST & OBC for Grade A (RDBS) post.
- The reservation will be provided for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWBD category as per extant Government of India instructions.
- The Bank reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies in any of the disciplines or not to fill up any of the vacancies or cancel the recruitment process, as per its requirement.
- Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming in the ‘Creamy Layer’ are not entitled to OBC reservation. They should indicate the category as ‘General’ (Gen).
- Reserved category candidates desirous of applying for the posts where the vacancies are not reserved, should apply under UR category.
- Out of 139 vacancies of Asst. Manager (RDBS), 04 are reserved for Persons With Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD), of which 02 are earmarked for candidates with disabilities under Category (a) (Blind & Low Vision), 01 each is earmarked for Category (b) (Hearing Impaired & Hard of Hearing), Category (e) (Multiple disabilities from amongst persons under category (a) to (c) including deaf-blindness in the posts identified for each disability).
- The candidates from the PWBD category will be eligible for age relaxation and exemption from payment of application fee. However, they will have to pay the intimation charges.
