My name is Disha Gautam. I pursued B.tech from UPTU in electrical engineering. I worked in telecom in the private sector for a couple of years before, finally cracking the SBI junior associate exam this time.

I worked for 4 years in the telecom sector but slowly realized that my inclination was towards the banking sector a result of which was the passion of joining the most esteemed bank, i.e, The State Bank of India. 

Preparation Strategy

First, I cleared all my basic concepts through the video courses provided by Oliveboard. After going through them, I started attempting 1 mock test per day from Oliveboard mock test series which helped me in becoming comfortable with the sectional timers as per the real exam. With time, I started getting 95+ percentile in pre mock tests which helped me in getting through the pre exams of 2019 and 2020. Then I also started focussing on the mains level mock tests from Oliveboard which have helped me secure a place in SBI today.

Section-wise Strategy

Quantitative Aptitude– Quantum Cat, video lectures, and then mock tests.

Logical Reasoning– Attempted mock tests and took the help of the solutions provided in them.

GK/GA– The Hindu newspaper + Bolt magazine.
