Trailer of Animated Series KTB - Bharat Hain Hum Launched

Union Minister Shri Anurag Thakur unveiled the trailer for “KTB – Bharat Hain Hum,” an animated series comprising two seasons. This series is a collaborative effort between the Central Bureau of Communication under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Graphiti Studios. It promises to offer engaging and informative content to the audience.

About the KTB – Bharat Hain Hum Series

Krish, Trish and Baltiboy - Bharat Hain Hum Series
  • Created by the talented duo Munjal Shroff and Tilakraj Shetty from Graphiti Studios.
  • This series was initiated by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting with the goal of educating Indian children about their country’s rich history and the sacrifices made during the struggle for freedom.
  • In each episode, the popular characters Krish, Trish, and Baltiboy, known from the acclaimed KTB Movie series, engage in dialogues that explore the stories of unsung heroes from the Indian Freedom struggle.

The series aims to bring recognition to numerous heroic figures like Rani Abbakka, Tilka Manjhi, Tirot Singh, Peer Ali, Tatya Tope, Kotwal Dhan Singh, Kunwar Singh (an 80-year-old freedom fighter), Rani Chennamma, Tikendra Jeet Singh, and many more, ensuring they find their rightful place in history through this animated masterpiece. Season 1 of the series will consist of 26 captivating episodes, each with an 11-minute animated narrative.

Languages

The “KTB- Bharat Hain Hum” series is being produced in 12 languages, including Hindi (the master language), Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Assamese, Odia, and English.

Additionally, the series will be dubbed in several international languages to reach a wider global audience. These international languages include French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

On OTT, the series will witness a historic launch, as for the first time a series will be launched parallelly on two biggest OTT Platforms- Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, and will be globally released in 12 Indian and 7 International Languages.

Significance of the Series

Creating this series has been a massive undertaking, involving the efforts of over a thousand people. Each episode of “Bharat Hain Hum” features a substantial number of characters, ranging from 50 to 100, and approximately 50 unique backgrounds, demonstrating the scale of workmanship that has gone into its production.
