The RBI Grade B Phase 1 examination is objective in nature, while Phase 2 includes both objective and descriptive components as applicable. Candidates who qualify for Phase 1 move to Phase 2, followed by the Interview stage.

The NABARD Grade A exam is conducted by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development for recruitment to the Assistant Manager post.
