IIM Bodh Gaya Scholarship – National Fellowship for PwDs

Universities: Students pursuing M.Phil and Ph.D. courses under the National Fellowship program, specifically those in the PwD category, can apply. There’s no income limit for PwDs under this fellowship.

Selection Criteria: For Ph.D., candidates need a first class or 55% marks in the relevant Master’s Degree. Those with a current job and employer support are preferred. For Master’s Degree, 55% marks in the relevant Bachelor’s Degree are required, with preference given to experienced candidates.

Scholarships for Girls: Among all the scholarships mentioned, there’s a 50% reserved quota for girls. This applies to Top Class Education Scholarship, National Overseas Scholarships, and Free Coaching. Additionally, in the National Fellowship Financial Aid Program, girls have a reserved quota of 30% for financial assistance.

IIM Bodh Gaya Scholarship – General Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligibility:
   • These scholarships are open to Indian nationals only.
2. Availability:
   • There are a total of 6 scholarships for students with disabilities (with more than 40% disability) holding a valid disability certificate.
3. Family Limit:
   • No more than two children with disabilities from the same parents can benefit from the scheme, except in the case of twins.
4. Duration:
   • Scholarships for any course/class are available for one year only. If a student repeats a class, they won’t receive a scholarship for that class in the second (or subsequent) year.
5. Exclusivity:
   • A scholarship holder under this scheme cannot hold any other scholarship concurrently.
