Harsha Bhogle is a man who really loves his work, especially when it comes to cricket. He is an Indian journalist and one of the best cricket commentators from India. He grew up in Hyderabad in a Marathi family, studied Chemical Engineering at Osmania University College of Technology, Hyderabad, and later did his PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad. Harsha Bhogle is also a Governor at IIM Udaipur and is widely recognized as a prominent figure in cricket broadcasting.

Shikha Sharma is a highly influential woman who has had a significant impact as a banker. She is the Managing Director and CEO of the third-largest private sector bank in India. Shikha has shown her skills by expanding the bank in various areas, from investment banking to retail lending franchises. She studied at LSR and later went to IIM Ahmedabad for her MBA. Additionally, she pursued a post-graduate diploma in Software Technology from the National Center for Software Technology in Mumbai.

Deep Kalra is the person behind making travel easy in India. He founded MakeMyTrip, an online travel company, where people can easily find and plan adventurous trips. Deep Kalra earned his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1992 and has since created a platform to simplify travel planning for everyone.

Malika Sarabhai is a respected Indian dancer and actress from Ahmedabad, known for her expertise in classical dance forms like Kuchipudi and Bharatanatyam. She received the Padma Bhushan for her contributions and love for Indian culture. Besides her work in the arts, she is a notable social activist, using art as a means for social change. Malika has also been part of the film industry, featuring in several prominent films. She completed her MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and earned a Doctorate in Organizational Behavior from Gujarat University in 1976.

Shakti Maira, who is no longer with us, was a highly skilled artist who excelled in various forms of art. He was not only a great painter but also a sculptor, printmaker, writer, and speaker. Shakti Maira mastered different painting techniques using oil, canvas, acrylic, and mixed media on various surfaces like canvas, paper, silk, board, marble, and more. His sculptures were crafted from wood, stone, and bronze. He pursued his education at Mayo College, Ajmer, and IIM Ahmedabad.

IIM Ahmedabad Alumni – Raghuram Rajan

Raghuram Govinda Rajan is an Indian economist who works at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He holds the distinguished position of Katherine Dusak Miller Professor of Finance. Previously, he served as the chief economist and director of the research department at the International Monetary Fund from 2003 to 2006. He earned a gold academic award from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for his MBA graduation.

Sanjeev Bikhchandani is a successful Indian businessman known for founding and being the executive vice president of Info Edge, the company that owns Naukri.com, a popular job portal. He is also one of the co-founders of Ashoka University. In January 2020, he was honored with the Padma Shri Award, which is the fourth highest civilian award in India. He finished his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1989.
