Chinese President Xi Jinping announced Nepalese Rs 56 billion assistance to Kathmandu over the next two years to help Nepal’s development programmes. Nepal PM K P Sharma Oli & Xi inked 20 agreements to bolster the bilateral ties between two nations.
Xi also pledged to upgrade the Arniko Highway in Kathmandu.

10th edition of the Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav-National Cultural Festival will take place in Madhya Pradesh. Union Ministry of Culture will organize the event & it will be held from October 14th to 21st under the 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat' campaign.
The concept of the festival was conceived in the year 2015.
