Ganeshi Lal laid the foundation stone of country’s first 2G Ethanol Bio-refinery in Bargarh. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) will set up the ethanol plant with an investment of ₹ 1000 Cr and it would be completed by December 2020.
The plant can produce 3 Cr ltrs of Ethanol using rice straw.
