Government released the State Energy Efficiency Index 2019, which tracks the progress of Energy Efficiency initiatives in 36 States & UTs. The index is developed by Bureau of Energy Efficiency in association with Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy.
The first such Index was launched on August 2018.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the state-of-the-art Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) and National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal through which people can report cyber-crimes online. More than 700 police districts relate to the portal.
It will improve coordination among the law enforcement agencies.

In a bid to encourage use of high-grade agri-inputs, the Gujarat Agro Industries Corporation (GAIC) has launched imported water-soluble fertilisers from China. It also plans to launch customised grades of stage-specific and crop-specific fertilizers.
Fertilizers will be sold in the market under its brand - 'AGRO'.

The Reserve Bank of India stepped up hedging against currency volatility by purchasing 0.48 million troy ounce, close to 15 tonnes, of gold in October-November. This is the highest bi-monthly gold purchase by the central bank.
Value of gold in reserves rose by $6.2 billion in 2019.
