More than 14 crore health IDs created in the country under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission: MoHFW

As of mid-December 2021, 14,15,49,620 health IDs have been created in the country under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).

The digital health ecosystem created by ABDM supports continuity of care across primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare in a seamless manner.

Gyandoot 2.0 to be launched for online live classes by Rajasthan college education department

Gyandoot 2.0, the second phase of the Gyandoot programme, is being launched to enhance the subjective knowledge, academic problem solving and creative use of their time by the students studying in colleges of Rajasthan state.

The faculty members working in government colleges will give lectures on a completely voluntary basis for the project.

SBI collected Rs 346 crore since FY18 in additional services fee on basic saving, Jan Dhan account

The country's largest lender State Bank of India collected around Rs. 346 cr from 2017-18 up to Oct 2021 in the form of additional services to customers holding basic savings, including Jan Dhan accounts, which were beyond their free services.

Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana provide basic minimum facilities free of charge and without the need to maintain a minimum balance.

Army Chief General MM Naravane takes charge as Chairman, Chiefs of Staff Committee

The government has appointed General MM Naravane, Chief of Army Staff, as the Chairman of Chiefs of Staff Committee (Chairman, CoSC), the post which fell vacant after the sudden demise of the first Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat in a helicopter crash on December 8.

CDS is the fourth and permanent member of the CoSC.
