
Madras High Court Chief Justice Munishwar Nath Bhandari appointed SAFEMA Appellate Tribunal chief
Madras High Court Chief Justice (CJ) Munishwar Nath Bhandari, has been appointed as the chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal under the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators Act (SFEMA).
CJ Bhandari has been appointed to the SAFEMA Tribunal for a term of four years.
Justice M Duraiswamy has been appointed as the acting Chief Justice of the Madras High Court.
