Fincare SFB to merge with AU Small Finance Bank

AU Small Finance Bank announced the merger of Fincare Small Finance Bank with itself.

The scheme of merger is subject to approval of the respective shareholders of the AU SFB and Fincare SFB, the Reserve Bank of India and the Competition Commission of India (CCI).

PEDA inks MoU with HPCL for setting up 10 CBG projects in Punjab

Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA) on Friday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for setting up 10 compressed biogas (CBG) projects and other new and renewable energy projects across the state.

HPCL will initially set up 10 CBG projects with an investment of about Rs 600 crore.
