Mizoram Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati appointed Lady Air Force Officer Squadron Leader Manisha Padhi as the first woman from the Armed Forces to serve as Aide de Camp (ADC) in Raj Bhawan.
Previously, Sqn Leader Manisha Padhi was posted to three postings - Air Force Station, Bidar, Air Force Station, Pune, and lastly at Air Force Station, Bhatinda.

Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) and Satellogic Inc have signed a strategic contract to build low earth orbit (LEO) satellites in India.
TASL would establish an Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) facility for satellites in India and co-develop a satellite design with Satellogic, a leader in sub-metre resolution earth observation (EO) data collection.
The TASL satellite AIT plant will be built at its Vemagal facility in Karnataka.

The Union Cabinet has approved Central Sector Scheme for providing Drones to the Women Self Help Groups (SHGs), with an outlay of Rs. 1261 Crore for the period from 2024-25 to 2025-26.
